Our newly refurbished Holiday Apartments are ideally situated on the sea front, just minutes from the shops, restaurants, entertainment and the beach. Our Promenade location is all but opposite Skegness Pier, overlooking the sand dunes, waterway and the sea from our front facing rooms

We offer both self-catering accommodation in the holiday apartments, or hotel style accommodation in our en- suite rooms, most with sea views.

Breakfast is optional in both and is served in your room. We are open throughout the year.
